A candidate who wants to the Council to correct his/her details on the examination portal should submit the following documents;

Correction of Name:

• A letter from the Awarding Institution signed exclusively by the Registrar of the institution
  
• A certified copy of school certificate
  
• A copy of ECOWAS Card (Ghana Card)

Correction of Date of Birth:

• A copy of ECOWAS Card (Ghana Card)

Correction of Programme Qualification:

• A certified copy of a school certificate and a transcript of academic records

Correction of Gender:

• A copy of ECOWAS Card (Ghana Card)
